Acupuncture

Regular Acupuncture consists of putting very thin needles in specific spots on the body. there are 2 main reasons this can help you. First there are specific spots on the body that can influence autonomic functioning or brain chemistry. Second, putting a needle in the body causes specific effects of a bio-electric nature that can be very helpful. The specific points used depend on what I’m treating and what’s required to get the desired results. See the section on How Acupuncture Works for more information. Regular acupuncture is good at treating pain, stress, and is good at treating conditions Western medicine can’t figure out because it has another way of seeing things. For example, I have developed a treatment for Lymph edema that just uses needles that no one else knows about because I am the one who figured it out. I also know how to stop a degenerative condition with electricity. Because of my background, I just know more than other practitioners and that allows me to do more.

Because of the connections classical acupuncture points have with the autonomic nervous system, palpation becomes very useful in diagnosis and treatment. Knowing those relationships you can ask the body what is wrong and what points might help in treatment. You also need to know the difference between classical points and ah shi points.By asking the patient the right questions and doing the appropriate points, the practitioner should in most cases be able to figure out what’s going on and be able to come up with an effective treatment. My advantage is I know more than the typical acupuncturist and I have more tools to use in treatment such as Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Microneedling, specific needling techniques I have developed as well as specific electro-acupuncture treatments and knowledge that I have that they do not have. Put simply, I have more ways to treat things, some of which don’t even use needles and are painless.
