Shin splints are caused by activities that cause the muscle attachments to the bones begin to pull away causing inflation and pain. I only treated this once a long time ago. I know better how to treat it and have more techniques to use.
I could use my ant-inflammation electro-acupuncture (AIEAC) approach to treat the inflammation and pain. But now I have an FSM treatment I could use instead which doesn’t use needles at all. AIEAC typically works faster with some pain relief immediately after treatment whereas the FSM treatment you will notice the results sometimes right away but typically not until the next day but it doesn’t use needles and you typically won’t feel a tthing.
