Stress management is, other than pain, one of the most known effects of acupuncture. There are different points to treat all kinds of stress, including anger and impatience, anxiety and panic attacks, worry and overthinking, fear, crying too easily. Acupuncture is therefore good at treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Sometimes herbs are used as well. I also have found that Bach Flower Remedies are also useful at treating certain kinds of stress. In addition,  I have found CES and FSM also can be useful. In particular there is a protocol for PTSD that works and another called”Relax and Balance that I have found is also useful.
