I had both of these problems. My first colonoscopy I had 9 polyps that were removed. I had also been having skin tags for years. About two years later I ran across FSM found out they had frequencies for polyps. So I designed a protocol and started treating myself about once a month. Then I scheduled another colonoscopy about 3 years after the first one. For a month before I treated myself about once a week. By then I already noticed that I hadn’t been getting any more skin tags and the ones I did have were disappearing or getting smaller. On my second colonoscopy I only had 3 small polyps. Since skin tags and polyps are very similar, I wasn’t too surprised the they responded as well but it did make me very happy. I assumed that if I could have treated the polyps right after the colonoscopy it would work better so I am treating myself now once a month. I now don’t have any skin tags. With polyps, I think FSM interferes with them forming but has more trouble (or just takes longer) making them go away. But I really have not enough experience to know for shure. But my own experience is encouraging.
