Treating Tremors is rather difficult. There is a line in scalp acupuncture which can help with some kinds of tremors. Tremors are thought of as belonging to the category of Liver Wind disorders. So sometimes treating that kind of disorder can help. Sometimes Western meds are the best answer.
I have Essential Tremors which I inherited from my father. For a long time I took meds to help and they helped some. Then I had a few weeks when I was out of gabapentin. Around then I noticed that when my tremors started I got very anxious. Something my doctors never asked about. I knew there was a protocol for tremors in FSM so I thought I’d try it. And it helped some. Looking at the protocol, I thought that the protocol for PTSD might also help, so I added that one as well. When I did that I got a better effect than the meds. It seems that both together help the tremors and the PTSD protocol seems to make it last longer. Now when I finally got my gabapentin refilled, it actually made me worse, not better so now I have stopped taking it and depend on FSM to keep it under control. One of my blood pressure meds also helps with the tremors and I still take it.
